I was concerned about a couple of projects getting completed before the closing date and Mark put my mind at ease by letting me know that he would see to it that the projects would be completed on time and gave great references of contractors that would complete the job. Mark was able to negotiate with the buyers and got me more money than I was Asking! I was nervous about going into contract with the wrong person and possibly causing a delay in the closing date and end up having to re-list it after we took it off the market. But Mark reassured me that he thoroughly investigates the prospective buyers so that it wouldn’t happen on his watch. And it didn’t ! He got me too dollar and the best buyer and it literally was off the market and in contract in less than 2 days! And closed in a very timely manner. His professionalism through out this whole process was so reassuring. His honest and integrity was so appreciated during a time when you don’t know who you can trust. He knows the real estate business very well. I will use him again if I ever decide to sell the home that I am now living in. And I would recommend him in a heartbeat to anyone looking to sell and even buy a home because I know that he puts the clients best interest above that of just trying to make a sell.

He negotiated shrewdly on our behalf (we very much appreciated this, because he didn't waste time going back and forth for weeks on end), and ensured both of our deals put us in the best possible position. The house had seven showings, and two solid offers the first day that exceeded our ask, because Mark knew how to draw people in. Mark was very helpful providing contractor recommendations for the few things we needed to address before the closing. Mark was also good communicating and keeping us up to date on the progress of the closing. We closed in just over 45 days.
Before my 1st home purchase Mr.
Corbin assured me everything would be great we’d find that home by any means necessary and that’s the service he provided for my family and I.
