I was concerned about a couple of projects getting completed before the closing date and Mark put my mind at ease by letting me know that he would see to it that the projects would be completed on time and gave great references of contractors that would complete the job. I was nervous about going into contract with the wrong person and possibly causing a delay in the closing date and end up having to re-list it after we took it off the market.
